 First: Choose The Work(s) 


  • First, choose the work(s) which you want to order from the "Gallery."

  • Click "Order this issue at US$xx."

  • "Order Form" opens as another window.

  • Go to "Step 1" here below.



  •  Step 1: Complete the required information on the Order Form 



  • Be careful for there to be no omission in entry, and input required information.


  • Please Be Sure to Choose a Work Title !



  • Complete the required information on the order form, ensuring that all information is correct for submittal.


  • NOTE:
  • Forbid the application by free e-mail, such as @hotmail.com, @yahoo.com, @aol.com and others. Please make an application by a formal mail address.

  • The order form of one copy is required for every application of one work.

  • Click [Submit] button and check your order on next page and click [Submit] again.


  • The following page open and go to the credit card settlement page, pushing "3D-EROS.com Download Content US$xx" button.







  •  Step 2: Complete the required information on the Settlement Form 



    You will submit your credit card information on the order form of 3D-EROS.com Issue, which is linked to a secure server. This ensures your privacy and prevents others from gaining access to your credit card information.


    Complete the required information on the Settlement Form.

    NOTE:
  • Forbid the application by free e-mail, such as @hotmai.com, @yahoo.com and others. Please make an application by a formal mail address.
  • Please input a different username when applying for the plural.


  • Confirmation Mail to Customer as follows;
    Declined Case
    When the above-mentioned page is displayed after applies, it means that input credit card information was not admitted, and is rejected application. Because of the customer privacy issue, we only receive a "declined" message from the authorizing agency. The reason(s) the card was declined is/are not made clear to us. However, you can contact your credit card company to find out the details on why your transaction was declined.
    There are three reasons for the non-confirmation and several ways to fix it:
    1. Free Mail-address can NOT to be accepted by our system. Please inform us your real mail address.
    2. "/" or "-" can NOT to be accepted by our system for card numbers and expiration date.
    3. The card numbers or expiration date were entered incorrectly. To correct this, resubmit the card numbers and expiration date, taking extra care to ensure the proper numbers are entered.
    4. The card has expired. To correct this, renew the card through the sponsoring credit card company and then submit the numbers again once renewal confirmation is received. Or, submit the credit card information from a different, non-expired credit card.


     Step 3: Receive Access ID, Password and URL information mail 


    • 3D-EROS.com will receive confirmation from the credit card company whether or not your card is valid/has expired/etc. Once confirmation is received, your Access ID, Password and each issues URL will be e-mailed to the address you provide on the form.

    • It usually takes 24 hours to get confirmation from the credit card company. (Submittals received on Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday may require up to 48 hours).

    • The access term of validity is One Week (7 days) from ID issued. Please complete download within seven days.

    NOTE:
    • If after 48 hours you still have not received your Access ID, password and each issues URL, please contact the webmaster via "3D-EROS.com Support Form."  DO NOT COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION FORM AND SUBMIT YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION AGAIN.

    • Once your ID, Password and URL has been sent to you, please print it out, or store it somewhere easy to locate again. Our system does not allow us to reissue the ID, Password and URL.

    • The following line item will appear on your credit card statement when 3D-EROS.com charges your account:"GT VUSUALOGIC."  3D-EROS.com will not appear anywhere on your statement.

    • Because the "goods" being purchased with the credit card are private and sensitive, once you receive your ID, Password and URL, WE WILL NOT REFUND YOUR PURCHASE FEE FOR ANY REASON.  Please keep this in mind as you submit your information.


    Credit Cards not approved or declined

    Because of the customer privacy issue, we only receive a "declined" message from the authorizing agency. The reason(s) the card was declined is/are not made clear to us. However, you can contact your credit card company to find out the details on why your transaction was declined. The following are some common causes for "authorization declined":

    * The card numbers or expiration date were entered incorrectly.To correct this, resubmit the card numbers and expiration date, taking extra care to ensure the proper numbers are entered.

    * The card has expired. To correct this, renew the card through the sponsoring credit card company and then submit the numbers again once renewal confirmation is received. Or, submit the credit card information from a different, non-expired credit card.

    * If there are any problems with credit card approval, you will receive an e-mail notification from webmaster of 3d-eros.com that states: "credit card was declined (message)". If you'd like to re-submit the information, please make sure there are no typing errors when you submit.

    If after submitting a second time and the card comes back declined, then the quickest route for correction is for you to contact your credit card company.
